OUR DEPARTMENTS FUNCTIONS

  • Coordinate human resources, recruitment and development policies, programmes, processes and procedures implementation and reporting for MOLAH. 
  • Coordination of recruitment and placement processes for the MOLAH
  • Provide leadership on staff work plan development and performance appraisal processes
  • Management of the staff information in the MOLAH
  • Advisor and management of establishment ceiling in the civil service 
  • Preparation and administration of monthly Payroll and salaries payment 
  • Development and implementation of Staff management processes, procedures, and regulation within MOLAH
  • Coordination of staff capacity development including training, secondment, and induction
  • Coordinate career progression and succession management for all staff including promotion, redeployment, and retirement 
  • Manage all staff disciplinary matters 
  • Establish dispute resolution mechanism as per the Administrative Policies, procedures, and rules. 
  • Ensure staffs have an enabling environment to facilitate delivery of individual goals and targets. 
  • Provides offices for all staff and office equipment needed by staff.
  • Represent the MOLAH in the civil service human resources meetings, conferences and workshops. 
  • Custodian of all human resources records, policies, procedures and processes at the MOLAH. 
  • Cultivate a performance-based culture through provision of right staff for the right positions.
  • Promote Meritocracy in recruitment, fairness in placement and equity in all human resources management matters.
