Our Functions
- Coordinating preparation of MOLAH’S’s policies and monitor their implementation and carrying out their impact assessments
- Analysing policies from other sectors and advise accordingly
- Coordinating preparations and implementations of MOLAH’S’s plans and budgets
- Carrying out monitoring and evaluation of the MOLAH’S’s plans and budgets and preparing performance reports
- Conducting studies, assessments, and evaluation of ministerial plans and sectoral to provide a basis for making informed decisions on the future direction of the MOLAH’S
- Coordinating preparations of MOLAH’S’s contributions to the budget speech and annual economic report
- Institutionalising strategic planning, budgeting, and monitoring and evaluation skills in the MOLAH’S.
- Monitoring integration of MOLAH’S’s plans and budgets into the government budgeting process
- Coordinating preparation of responses for Parliamentary questions and issues.
- Coordinating policy coordination, monitoring, and evaluation reforms within MOLAH’S
